Projects
Kenfig Hill.
This project was quite a challenge!
The house was old, and nothing was straight forward. Walls were not straight or square and needed a lot of work to obtain a good finish. the project consisted of new doors throughout, new architraves and skirting boards, a sliding door created to close off the kitchen and under stairs cupboard. A new handrail, trims and spindles for the stairs. A custom built wardrobe made in one of the bedrooms, and painting and decorating through the hall, stairs and landing.

Tonteg
This customer wanted to create a stunning staircase. The stairs in your home are a centre piece, often one of the first things you see on entering a property. Having a beautiful staircase can really enhance the look of your home. to create this look, we went back to bear wood and used a satin oak varnish to create this stunning look.

Skewen.
A huge project! This project involved gutting a whole house in skewen. A complete renovation project, including ripping out all existing door frames, skirting boards, architraves and floors. New wood work fitted throughout the property, including a brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, doors, staircase renovation, laminate flooring and a complete redecoration of the whole property. We created a contemporary black, white and grey finish to the property.

Gilfach Goch.
This project was new doors throughout the ground floor of the property. The doors were replaced with Mexicana oak doors and new black ironmongery. These doors create a contemporary look your home.

Coelbren.
For this project the customer wanted all the existing doors, skirting boards and architraves removed. They went for cottage oak doors and pine skirting and architraves, door frames were replaced too, to create a natural look, with thoughts of using a wood stain or varnish in the future. this created a lovely finish, moving away from the traditional white paint finish on woodwork.

Carmarthen.
This old Victorian house was another challenge!
On this home every door frame was a non standard size. the customer did not want to take out the old frames as they were very traditional and in keeping with the rest of the property. A lot of work was put in to adjust doors, frames and door stops to suit what was already there. Once again Mexicana oak doors were fitted, these doors are so popular right now.
